I am getting patches of hair fall over my scalp. The whole hair is gone…

I am getting patches of hair fall over my scalp. The whole hair is gone in that patch. Since the last few days, I have noticed that I am getting dandruff in that area. There is itching, and white flakes are seen. If I touch my hair, the flakes start falling. What can I do to treat this?
