After using Nurokind LC, my urine turned yellow. Is it a side effect or normal?
After taking Nurokind-LC, I noticed my urine colour had turned bright yellow. Is this a normal thing with vitamin tablets, or is it a side effect?

Yes, this is completely normal and not a harmful side effect.
Nurokind-LC contains Vitamin B-complex, especially Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). This vitamin is naturally yellow in colour, and whatever your body doesnāt need gets excreted in the urine. This makes the urine appear:
- Bright yellow/fluorescent yellow
- Sometimes slightly strong-smelling
This is not dangerous, does not mean kidney issues, and does not require stopping the tablet.
When to be concerned:
Only if you notice pain while urinating, burning, fever, blood in urine, or if the colour becomes dark brown/tea-colored. These are not related to the vitamin tablet and would need medical attention.
Otherwise, bright yellow urine after Nurokind-LC is normal and expected.
