I have been recently diagnosed with type-2 diabetes. But my C-peptide value is just 0.3 ng/mL. The normal C-peptide levels range from 0.5 to 2.7 ng/mL. Does this mean that I have Type-1 diabetes and not Type-2 diabetes? Are there any other tests that will help me determine whether I have Type-1 or Type-2 diabetes?
