Recently, I saw a video of a doctor who said that diabetes could be reversed in the initial stage, like from 1 month up to 3 years. Is this true? I was infected with Covid last month, and my HbA1c was high (8.4). This could be due to steroids that I took for the management of Covid. My fasting blood sugar is 113, and post breakfast is 140. I am not on any diabetes medicines. Can I reverse my HbA1c and diabetes?
