  2. Opt for easy-to-digest options - Daliya, khichdi, curd rice, bananas, boiled egg whites and properly cooked potatoes and sweet potatoes.
  3. Avoid oily and spicy foods. 
  4. Consume plenty of fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, and ORS (if BP drops). 
  5. Eat freshly cooked, homemade food.
